In this modern timber construction project, we have made the most of the site conditions (border distances) and adapted the shape of the house to it. The slats serve as shading and protect against overheating in summer. The weatherproof larch wood shingles protect the house from moisture (and last up to 4x longer than, for example, a conventional polystyrene facade). An in-roof PV system serves as an energy supplier and roof covering at the same time and is planned at the same time in our projects.
